I am a very active person who loves to take a walk in the mornings, and run on a school track when I can find one. I Also enjoy jumping on a small trampoline and lifting eight pound weights. I watch what I eat and exercise to stay slilm and healthy. I also like to draw and paint western scenes, animals and scenery. Very soon I hope to write some books. One of them about myself, my mother and one of my siblings and what our lives were like living and working on a New Mexico farm in the 50's and 60's. I have been to Australia on an L.D.S. mission , and finished my mission in the church and family history division in Salt Lake City. This was during the Winter Olympics of 2002. I am the mother of five sons, the grandmother of 9 Grandchildren and the great-grandmother of a two year old girl and a four month old boy.I consider myself strict but reasonable and fair. I try to be compassionate, understanding and non-judgemental. I know that I must expect a certain degree of higher standards and committment from people, but I try to practice what I preach and live by the same standards that I expect of others.
