Wow! Have you ladies checked out all the fine widowers on here? There appear to be some seriously good men here and they are pretty darn cute. (I can say that, I'm good with my manhood.) But I've got my work cut out for me if I hope to catch the eye and heart of one of you good ladies, before they do.

My name is Ben. I'm a librarian working at a university in Cairo. I had an awesome job a few months ago when I was hit with some wanderlust and a desire to start a new life for me and my boys. I've been a widower for just over 2 years now. My boys are 6 and 3 and absolutely adorable. They have been telling me that they want a mommy again and don't understand why I come home from the store without a new mommy in the car. I try to explain that as important as it is for them to have a mommy, I want to find my new best friend. Idealy I want to meet a girl who unfortunately lost her eternal companion, like me, and wouldn't mind spending an incredible lifetime with me until I can get her back home to enjoy her happily ever after. I'm looking for a lady who has some dreams and goals beyond being a great mother. Someone who enjoys life's finer things but also isn't afraid to get dirty and roll her sleeves up from time to time.

I believe in the gospel and have faith in Jesus Christ. I know that by living its teachings we can find happiness in this life and through the eternities. Becoming a widower sure has shown me how much I make mistakes, but I repent and do better. I love serving in the youth and lessons I learn from them. Knowing that I have to stand before them and my own boys daily makes me strive to be the best man I can be. I try to live and set an example of what a good priesthood holder should be. I love going to temple and wish I could go more often. I really want to get into that habit with my wife.

I like getting out into the world and seeing what is there. I love to walk along the ocean and am trying to instill of love of the water in my sons. I enjoy going up in to the mountains and exploring the peaks to find breath taking views. I enjoying riding around on my motorcycle and just pulling over when I find some cool little place to eat or just check out the view. But most of the time my boys occupy my time and I love to do things with them. Sharing a page in coloring book with them is always a highlight in my day. I like wrestling and tickling them on the floor. I really enjoy cooking and eating. I love having friends over to try some new recipe or something.
