I know, I look really good in that picture, but the real version of me is unbelievable. Short version, I love my job, LSU and being outdoor. I love being silly and jokes are a must. I love to cook, and people say I am good at it,. Life is too short to not eat well and laugh. I love to work hard because I really love to play. I do catering and private chef events and I still have a business in Louisiana so I do travel down there when needed. I own a home on the gulf coast that people rent and provide fishing trips and a Southern Louisiana experience for guest. My focus is catering because I love cooking and people. My goal is to open restaurants in Utah and the west so these people can eat good food to, I feel bad for people in UT eating this food. I recently moved back to Utah from Baton Rouge, LA.
