What matters most to me is my testimony, my family, and close friends. :) Beyond that, I'm openly genuine, happy, sincere, and giving. My life is fully centered around the gospel of Jesus Christ. Spending quality time with my children is an everyday activity and I'm fully dedicated to being their mom.

My likes: mountain streams, camp fires, fishing, back-packing, reading at night, birds, good humor, country and instrumental music, swing dancing, home-made bread, roller coasters, theater, giggling over inside jokes, and spending quality time with my family and friends. I enjoy quiet evenings out or at home. I'm not into meaningless chitchat- but I value heartfelt conversation. My humor is quiet and ever-ready. I love to smile and am an incurable optimist- I've got too many blessings to ever be able to count!

My dislikes: casual conversion to the gospel, false fronts, clutter, being late, sarcasm, dishonesty, spiders anywhere in my vicinity, and dogs (sorry dog-lovers!).

I value a healthy lifestyle- eating healthy (with the occasional chocolate binge), and regular exercise. I honor purity, integrity, safety, stability, preparedness, and honesty.

As far as entertainment goes, I like media that comes highly recommended, with a good moral, and happy ending :) I enjoy collecting good books for my home library- classics as well as popular.

As far as hobbies, I have a few, but not a lot of worldly pursuits- I truly care more about the people in my life than the "things" of the world.

Although I've experienced some heartache and loss of some dreams in life, I've found that it has only increased my empathy and patience. Like many of you, I never anticipated dating again at this stage of life. Although I'm at ease being single and raising my kids alone, I don't consider it ideal.

I'm open to meeting someone who is truly converted to gospel living. The gospel, genuine regard/friendship, and trust, would be the foundation of any relationship.
