Hi. I'm Melissa, and I'm more of a wild flower in a patchwork skirt as apposed to a rose in a pink fluffy dress. If we went for a hike near a stream, I wouldn't want you to hold my hand, I'd rather you laughed when I fell and were prepared to get splashed.
I'm a rather opinionated but quiet Mormon treehugger, well occasionally I can be a bit big, but usually I'm quite reserved. I'm a pro-choice & anti-abortion democrat and a science-fiction-loving Scientist & Teacher. I am a non-materialistic humble yogi, and a prayerful, proud & protective mother.
I conquered working 2 jobs and school at the same time.
I have gotten past my lazy drug addicted ex, several crazy alpha bosses & multiple career changes. I stand firm in my counter-culture and non-conformist code but don’t insist others follow it. I am real and honest. I believe in Christ and I rely on Christ.
Faith is a creative power and I am working to develop it with greater consistency and intensity.
I need a Mormon man, a man with work ethic, someone with a sense for cars and the ability to laugh when the going gets tough. I need a man with compassion for the under privileged of the world. A man who understand this concept "LIVE SIMPLY SO THAT OTHERS CAN SIMPLY LIVE." (3
I'm a convert of about 13+ years. I love the Lord and I am continually fascinated with the scriptures.
My son is a 18 yr old gentleman, kindhearted and generous. I love his drive to read, his intelligent debate and his team spirit. He's my life so far, and he's a wonderful friend. He's getting ready to go to college and on his mission.
I'm getting ready to fill my life with more volunteer work and more girlfriends, but a husband would be nice too!
I don't need more kids, but I'm open if you really want more. I think I'd really rather travel and make a difference in the world helping other people instead of starting over with more babies, but if you have kids already, that's really cool - i love kids.
My whole family is in NEOhio, but I'd be happier to move somewhere sunnier.
If my distance from where you are is a reason why you don't think it work out, let me know, maybe I need to move.
