I come from a big family. 5 brothers and 2 sisters. 18 nieces and nephews. My parents have been happily married for over 40 years.

Typically when I am at home I am working in the yard and feeding the animals. During the winter that changes to woodworking in the garage and a lot of reading. I have built a zip line for my nieces and nephews and will soon add a horse for riding. I work in a good sized garden and vineyard and will soon add an orchard.

On my days off I find myself in different places. For instance Yesterday I saw hamlet in cedar city (awesome). The week before that I was finishing a job in North Dakota. (I don't ever want to go back). Before I left for that I was showing friends some things around St. George they did not know about such as the Mount Meadows Massacre site and the Brigham Young home. The weekend before that I took 2 of my nieces, one nephew and brother into the Keyhole in Zions. (it was their first time rappelling). The week before that I was fishing with another Nephew. I try to always have something to do.

I enjoy tv but I mostly like to keep moving on something. I like avatar the last airbender and have seen it several times. I like some sci fi. I am a trekky but not hard core. The only type of show I don't like is horror.
