I'm new in DC after having lived in Europe for a couple of years and in Latin America for a couple before that.

I'm a U.S. diplomat which, despite sounding far more glamorous than it actually is, keeps me interested and busy. I live with a rabbit, I've been punched by a holocaust survivor, and once I took a midnight train going anywhere.

My hobby used to be jet-setting/travel. Now, it's fixing up the house I just bought in DC. It's less fun, costs more, and is less relaxing, but on the plus side [enter plus side here]!

Last, but not least, I promise I'm funny, even though it's hard to be funny in a web profile (without seeming goofy). (Also I'm goofy.)
