I grew up in the Pacific Northwest; playing with my sisters in the woods and on the beach, among gardens and animals. But I have also always loved the city and loved to travel. When I was a teenager I lived in Spain with a host family and attended public high school for one year. I've been adventuring ever since. I just graduated from BYU with a BS in Psych and a minor in Spanish. This next year I will be working and then plan to start grad school in September of 2014. Though I thoroughly enjoyed my gypsy lifestyle as an undergrad, I feel prepared and excited to find someone to make a home with.
I was born an optimist. I see the beauty around me. And I know that the greatest blessing I have in my life is the gospel. I am a warm hearted person who enjoys laughing and smiling and spreading kindness. I also love listening to NPR and interacting with other interesting, intelligent and passionate people.
I like to: spend time with friends and family, read, create artsy things, talk, build things, make pottery, laugh, have fun, watch movies, relax, cook, bake, crochet/knit, organize, be outside, play volleyball, sing, be near water, ride motorcycles, drive, go to the temple, etc.
