Hi! I’m new to this Internet dating thing but I thought I’d give it a try. I started my studies at BYUI in September 2010. I’d love to meet some friends in my age bracket that are LDS and live those values.

After serving my mission, I decided to join the U.S. Navy. I eventually wanted to go to university but did not want to assume a large student loan. The Navy gave me the opportunity to gain experience and have my education paid for by the GI Bill when I finished my term of active duty service. So here I am now. While in the Navy I served in the IT field and am majoring in IT here at BYUI. While in the Navy I had the opportunity to visit many places in the Middle East and Far East. But dating was difficult because we were on deployment for so much of the time. I(/( span)span) take my school studies seriously and want to do as well as possible in university. However, I want to make friends and have a social side to my life. Friendship is important to me and who knows, maybe it might turn into finding a life companion.

I am active in the Church and served as LDS Group leader on the aircraft carrier that I was stationed on. It was a great experience and taught me a lot.

So, let’s give it a try. Nothing ventured, nothing gained!
