If you are looking for a happy, smart, kind, hard working, affectionate, tough as nails and yet soft and affectionate, with a moderate dash of stubborn (I'm pretty sure it's incurable) then please proceed to read the following:
As a mother of four great kids, I intend to proceed with this online dating thing with an open, yet cautious, attitude. It's been over 15+ years since I was "out in the fray." I do consider myself emotionally and spiritually available for a new adventure!
Currently, I am a full-time student in pursuit of an Elementary Education degree. Being a teacher is in my blood. I really couldn't help it. All of my classes are currently online through a college here in Vegas. Last semester was my first time back in 12+ years. The convenience of online learning allows me to be at home to care for my youngest two who are still at home during the day. This also means that I am generally lucky to sleep or eat for the next several weeks. I just keep telling myself to breathe. . . :)
The gospel is the core of who I am. I strive for a gospel-centered home. However, the thought often crosses my mind that FHE and family scriptures and prayer were designed with the sole purpose of developing patience in parents. Period. ;) I love the temple, visiting teaching, and serving in the church. I am looking for someone who shares a similar commitment to the church and family. I am feminine and a lady, and I expect a gentleman in return.
My Favorite Things: Feeling awesome after going to the gym, cooking, baking (I'm pretty good at both), cheering my son's soccer team, old movies with loads of singing or general lack of color, newer movies of all kinds, being sociable, feeling the spirit, alone time, teenage confidences, getting lost in a good book (not professor mandated), reading with my kindergartner, being inspired, being held, toddler hugs, random acts of kindness, a clean house and empty laundry basket, ;) and dancing (it's been forever since I last danced, but if you have those kind of skills, maybe we should meet up for a picnic and help me brush up a little.) If you have a favorite hobby or passion, please share it with me! There are all kinds of things I would love to try and learn. It could be fun. . .
