A happy woman who loves her (grown) children deeply and embraces life with joy, I am devoted to my church and my work as an educator. I enjoy the outdoors: hiking, canoeing, snowshoeing, ice fishing, or any activity that puts me outside in the weather. A day spent splitting wood sounds great to me. I hike regularly, big mountains and small. I have been hiking since I was twelve years old, and it is important to me to get up in the mountains regularly.
My pictures are all from the last 12 months.
I participate in triathlons for health and wellness- I love the sport, but I am not a rabid competitor. I like the training, it keeps me fit and happy. The races are so filled with camaraderie, and I always cross the finish line with a smile on my face.
I love a good, long ride on the back of a motorcycle or snowmobile. I am blessed with strength and calm, and my home is my peaceful sanctuary.
I play a mean game of Scrabble, love a good book, and I adore dancing: waltz, polka, contra and rock 'n' roll. I dance in the kitchen on the morning, I drink Choffy, I wear cowboy boots, and I talk to babies in the grocery store.
I am an educator- I teach college courses both day and night. I love young people and children of all ages. I am also the YW president in my branch, a calling that I love dearly.
I am really only interested in LDS men; it seems there are a lot of non-LDS men on here, and I must emphasize that I am only interested in members of my church. I seek someone who hopefully has children, grown or not, who knows the value of family and home, and who loves the outdoors.
