New information. I grew up in Sandy, Utah, served a mission in the Dominican Republic, graduated from BYU, and moved out east to pursue my career.
As I have matured, my priorities have changed and family takes precedence over things like video games, sporting events, golf, etc. I absolutely love spending time with my siblings, kids, and other family members. I am still active and enjoy experiencing different forms of entertainment but the needs of others come first.
I believe that you and your spouse can eventually turn in to nothing more than room mates if you stop courting one another. That is why I believe you never stop complimenting each other, doing those small acts of kindness, and serving. I also believe you never stop holding hands.
I believe that you should never settle when it comes to your spouse. I want to find someone that will help me be a better father, husband, priesthood holder, and better man. I also hope that I will help my spouse to be her better self. I want to feel that I am the luckiest guy on the planet and that I couldn't have done better.
I personally feel that physical attraction is important...that is unless I am attracted to you but you are not attracted to me. :) In that case, you should be content knowing I am attracted to you. Just kidding. I probably won't win any look-alike contests for (insert your favorite actor here) but I am happy with who I am. I also believe a person can become more and more attractive as you get to know them.
I am a firm believer in sharing responsibilities in a partnership. From cooking and cleaning to changing diapers, as well as the spiritual responsibilities like calling the family for family home evening and leading in scripture reading and praying. In fact, putting on good music and doing dishes with my two younger sons gives me more satisfaction and happiness than just about anything else during my week.
I try to read my scriptures every day and I am completely active in attending church and fulfilling my church responsibilities. The gospel plays a major role in my life and I am looking for someone who feels the same way.
I am a down-to-earth and optimistic person. I love to laugh with others and laugh at myself. I like to be with people who are balanced in life, enjoy being around others, and those who look at life in a positive way. I am also looking for someone who is passionate about life.
I am compassionate, a good listener, quick to admit mistakes, and I am a good friend. I believe that saying you are sorry is a rare but valuable attribute.
I believe that I am better today than I have ever been. At the risk of sounding arrogant, I think that simply put, I am a good guy. I believe the person I find will feel lucky to have found someone who cares as much as I do.
Wow! That was really long. Do you ever feel that you are applying for the most important job of your life?
