"Guess what? I have flaws. What are they? Oh I dunno, I sing in the shower? Sometimes I spend too much time volunteering. Occasionally I'll hit somebody with my car. So sue me-- no, don't sue me. That is opposite the point I'm trying to make."
(If you know what that's from, we can be friends.)
First and foremost, I'm a mom. If that's not something you can accept then read no further, I'm not going to waste anyone's time. I love life and fully embrace all that I can. I am overly sentimental about a lot of things, and believe life is not worth living if you can't find meaning to each day. I am an old soul and often find myself listening to Rat Pack music and never a day goes by that I'm not cooking something up in the kitchen while listening to some Harry Connick Jr. I appreciate all kinds of music, except rap.I have a passion for alternative health and nutrition and am constantly trying to soak up as much knowledge as I can. Wellness is my life. I'm a Massage therapist and aspire to further my career into natural medicine in the near future. I believe you can do anything you set your mind to. In the next year, I plan on traveling overseas to visit family, running a few 5K's, and hopefully go skydiving for the first time.
Aside from that, I love to read, cook, road trips to anywhere, watch football (go Steelers!), movies, home decor, daydreaming about having my own catering business, and keeping people on their toes with my impossibly random thoughts. I enjoy the theater, musicals, symphony, that type of stuff, that's how I grew up. Family and good friends mean everything to me. I'm pretty much game for anything, and am always looking for some new adventures.
I love the Gospel and want to share my life with someone who is as passionate about it as I. I don't have room in my life for fence sitters. I live by the quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson; "Make the most of yourself, for that is all there is of you." If you share this outlook on life, then I look forward to hearing from you!
