It's difficult to think of a list of things I enjoy doing as I'm pretty much up for anything. Whilst most days would probably find me reading a good book (I'm especially drawn to classic literature, which I believe should already include Harry Potter :P) or some musical activity, I am also partial to a day trip into London, a skiing holiday, theme parks and the like.
The church is paramount to all that I do, I adore my calling in nursery at the moment (it is made easier when some of the children are your nieces and nephews) and endeavour to do my best as the ward music chairperson. Taking part in the British Pageant last year was one of the best things I've done in my life. I know that happiness comes through believing in Heavenly Father, knowing his true nature (mainly trying to comprehend how much he loves us) and the feeling that the path of our life is in line with his will. This has given me great strength in difficult times.
I've just trained as a primary school teacher and feel a concoction of excitement and nerves about teaching my first class of 7 and 8 year olds. The responsibility of teaching this tender, precious souls is a little overwhelming, but the rewards are amazing!
