My name is Macie! Joining this website is something I would have never imagined doing. I live in an area where my ward just isn't full of young single adults. A few things about me... I have been singing since I was about 6 years old. I sing Italian Opera and I hope to study vocal music as a minor when I transfer to a University. Music is a huge part of my life. I love music that inspires me, and warms my heart such as folk, alternative, indie, and of course Opera. I am studying to be a Special Needs Teacher and am attending a Community College until I decide which university I want to attend. I fell in love with the Special Needs children when I was offered an internship for a year during my senior year of high school. They taught me to be more patient and showed me a love I had never felt before. I am a very happy person and love to have fun and try new things. My goal is to try and make every person I meet smile. I love seeing the joy on other peoples faces. Some say I am an old soul which I guess means I am very mature. So don't let me being "19" make you think that I am too young. I am mature beyond my years and have never liked drama!

I am very into fitness and nutrition and love the outdoors and nature. I love the beach and the mountains but have to say the beach is my favorite place to be! My family is very important to me. We are huge Wolfpack (NCSU) fans!!
