I grew up in a small farming town in south central Pennsylvania, served a mission in Tempe, AZ, and currently I am in my last year of Electrical Engineering at BYU.
I am extremely motivated, I love to find something I want to accomplish, and then set goals and work hard to get there. I have always been a go getter. Family is really important to me, and I love doing things with them. I have been known to drive ten hours just to go catch up with some cousins for the weekend. I enjoy exercising and staying in shape is a priority. I grew up in a small town, and couldn't see myself really ever living in the city, too many people!
I really enjoy my major and am looking forward to starting my masters degree next fall. With that said though, I am the complete opposite personality of the stereotype engineer. I am totally the high adventure type, I can't stand playing video games or just sitting around all day. Provo is great during the week, but I prefer to work hard during the week, get everything done, and then go play on the weekends! Most of my free time I am off doing something fun like camping, riding four wheelers, skiing, off roading in my truck, swinging off arches in Moab, going to motocross races, hunting coyotes in Wyoming, visiting family, or really something else along those lines. I love boating and hanging out at the lake in the summer, and am pretty much into all the powersports. My family's motto has always been 'work hard, play harder!'
