I'm a kaleidescope. I like to try whatever I can whenever I can. I love to dance and watch Firefly. I bake like a madwoman, but I don't unless I have someone with whom to share it. I breathe and try to help others to do the same. Try not to cry when I stomp you at Munchkin (or any other geeky game out there).

So I should probably add more to this. I'm just all over the place. I'm a little scatter-brained, but I love to go and do. I have an undeniable desire to make sure everyone knows that they are loved, no matter what. Every day, every situation has a lessoned to be learned, and my faculties are constantly engaged in absorbing what I can. The man I marry needs to have the same hunger and desire to break out like the measles and make an impact on this world, whether through world travel or our neighbors next door.

And we're just going to keep adding until I run out if things to say. I have what my friend Justin calls "the colorful life" card. I was raised in the church and like all my siblings, I sought completion elsewhere. I thought I was happy until about 3 years ago when I received my first spiritual shove and wound up back at church. It hasn't been an easy journey, but I know that I have found my true joy and wonder. I know that my Heavenly Father blesses me daily, and that I am on the right path.

There are certain things you can tell just by looking at me. I like to keep things simple; I'm always wearing the same pair of earrings. I'm not fussy with jewelry. I wear two rings, my CTR ring and the ring my sister bought for me a long time ago. They constantly remind me to do what is right and to have hope for a wonderful family. I like to be adventurous and try new things, like a new hair style or making a new dress. I love to smile. Sometime I even practice my smile when no one is looking (seriously).

What you can't tell from looking is that I love to sing, and spout random trivia. I love to explore and learn all I can about the things I can do. I talk a lot, but I ponder as much as I talk. I recently discovered that I am capable of running a 5k, and that I really, REALLY love ultimate Frisbee. I try to listen and understand all sides, even if they don't agree with what I believe. I love to love, and the best way to love is to serve. I'm loyal to a fault and I try my hardest to please my Heavenly Father every day.

I'm not your typical woman; I'm even better.
