Nothing ventured, Nothing Gained. So, a little about myself - I am physically active, energetic, outgoing personality, organized and logical. I maintain my slender frame with ballroom dance and line dance, as well as eating a healthy diet and staying busy with volunteer and church. Folks say I look and act years younger than my age. I enjoy Masterpiece Mysteries series and educational programs.

I am a recent convert to the church (3 years) and have been very active in church since my baptism and confirmation. I serve as Public Relations Asst. Director for our Stake. Have recently received an additional calling - Stake Auxiliary Relief Society Secretary which will require some traveling between Wards and Branches in the Stake.

I like nature walks, i.e. climbing mountains, viewing waterfalls, boating and many outdoor activities. I am a Northeast Louisiana resident. Grew up in TX(hill country) and Northeast LA. I have relatives in TX and LA. Three children, 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

I am currently a member of a senior group called "Broadway Wannabees". We perform comedy skits to entertain seniors in the area. We also entertain area seniors at the local convention center with line dance, singing, comedy skits, etc.
