If I lived a life of leisure, I would spend my days baking and reading, and I'd be completely satisfied. But I also enjoy traveling to new places, hitting up local museums and trying new and different foods, I love learning about new things. My friends would describe me as fun, personable, friendly, loving and funny. I'm easy to talk to and love to laugh.
I love doing things that make others happy. Whether it's a recommending a favorite book or a sharing new recipe, it's exciting and fun for me to see others enjoyment in the things I also like. (And incidentally, if anyone wants to get on my good side, all they have to do is tell me how good my latest dessert creation is.)
The most important thing I am looking for in a person is someone who will be my partner in life. I want a friend, a lover, a confidant and someone who makes me feel wonderful about myself. And in turn I want to be that person for someone else. I want to go through life with someone else, not alone and I'm hoping to find someone who is looking for the same thing.
Three things for which I am most thankful for are: my family, for the close bonds we have and the friendships I have with not only my immediate family but extended family as well; for the opportunities I had growing up to live outside the United States and moving to various states within the U.S. for creating my thirst for learning about different people and cultures; and of course my testimony, for the purpose and meaning it gives to my life.
