I'm a bagavond and a gyspie. I love to travel and eat and haven't really found a place to call "Home" just yet, though I'm orignally from Oklahoma.

My three greatest passions are serving the Lord, experiencing new cultures through travel, and learning their history by eating the food they serve.

I've been blessed with a passion and desire to know distant lands and cultures that stems from my mission in southern Brazil, and since then I've been lucky enough to travel to Europe, the Middle East, Japan, and Southeast Asia.

More recently I've had the chance to work in Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Canyon as a chef for the last three years. I'm currently on hiatus in Oklahoma visiting my family while I decide on my next adventure.

I love learning new things no matter how outrageous or mundane the topic may be. I'm a great believer in the power of family and all that entails.
