I believe there are 7 essential elements to a good relationship: Communication, Honesty, Trust, Loyalty, Faithfulness, Respect, and Love. I believe as long as you have these 7 things present in your relationship, it will stay strong.
I believe in God. I believe that he loves us. I believe that Jesus Christ is his only begotten son. I believe that living my life in tune with the Spirit and following the teachings of the Gospel of Jesus Christ will provide the best possible life I can imagine. With that being said, I question everything. I have not come to these beliefs simply by being born into them; I have struggled and sought answers down many paths. Every time I’ve strayed from the Gospel, I’ve inevitably returned with a stronger testimony of its truthfulness.
I am looking for an amazing woman to share my life with, someone who will understand my questions and support me to find answers. My priorities: God, my Wife, my Children, my Family, my Friends. I believe that you must give 100% to your spouse, expecting nothing in return. Your children, although precious, will one day grow up and leave your home, but your spouse will be with you forever. I believe you will do more good for your children by being an amazing example than all the lectures in the world.
I hunger and thirst for righteousness. I seek a life full of joy, kindness, peace, passion, growth, adventure, fun, and health. I try to be clean in my mind, in my actions, in my home, and in my body. I love to eat healthy, workout when necessary, and stay as active as possible. I see God in nature and love sunsets and walking barefoot in the grass.
I enjoy a simple life and know that the little things are what make us truly happy. I am also a dreamer. I have plans and goals for my future and am actively working towards them. I am an avid learner and love discovering new things. I read, but not as much as I would like. I enjoy a good movie and a good TV show, but I don’t watch TV, I wait for the DVD and watch it later.
I have two wonderful kids, a son who is 11 and a daughter who is 7. I love them more than life itself, and structure my life in a way to help them in every way possible. My son is adopted. I love him as my own, and have no problem loving more (if you have children already). I believe families are the most important area to focus on in this life, and I take every opportunity to strengthen mine. I hope to someday have more kids (I love large families). I work as a consultant and travel a lot, but Washington is where I live, and Utah is where I call home.
I much prefer to get to know you in person, rather than online (I tend to forget your answers online, and end up asking you the same questions in person :)
Hope to hear from you soon, I can’t wait to meet you!
(Boy, do I over use commas?)
