Hi. A little bit about me....I am a transplant to Arizona. I grew up in Salt Lake before moving to beautiful Southern California. Life brought me here to the desert, and I love the winter weather! but will probably forever be getting used to the extremely HOT summers.

I enjoy travelling and am slowly checking off places I want to see from my list. My travelling gets a bit shortchanged because I often tend to go home to see family and friends on my vacations instead of new places. But with my nieces and nephews are so cute and fun to hang out with that it makes going to visit very worthwhile.

I have taught junior high school for eleven years, which is a daily adventure and battle zone all its own, but just moved up to the high school and am in my second year at this level. I recently finished my Master's degree, so I'm considering at teaching adjunct at the community college level.

I enjoy the simple things in life--family, friends, flowers, the mountains, reading a good book, serving others, watching a beautiful sunset, reading the scriptures, watching all types of sports, movies, and plays.
