Short version: Happy, energetic, fun. Mission in Peru, BYU grad, Med School at Utah. Love sports and doing fun things. Med student friends think I'm the funny athlete. Other friends think I'm the smart guy.
Long version: I was born in California and raised in Northern Virginia. I am the second of four children. I love sports and played many of them growing up. My favorite sport has always been football but I also enjoy basketball, lacrosse, soccer, wakeboarding, snowboarding, weight-training, baseball, racquetball, ping pong, tennis, and wrestling, in that order. I am not musical at all. After high school I served a two-year mission in Peru, where I learned Spanish. I then returned to BYU and graduated with a BS in Exercise Science and a minor in Management. I remain an avid Cougar fan and was violently booed when I wore my BYU shirt in the Utah section at the football game. That was fun. Although my athletic allegiance lies with BYU, I am very grateful and happy to be attending the University of Utah School of Medicine. It was definitely the right choice for me. I currently spend all of my time studying, working out, or dating, with a little bit of TV on the side. I plan to one day be an orthopedic surgeon. (i just copy and pasted a profile i had to write for school)
