It's a new year so time for a new greeting.

I grew up in Alaska so love the beauty of God's creations and like to enjoy them camping and fishing when I can. I love anything to do with water whether boating, swimming, scuba diving, or just having a water fight with a hose in the driveway. I love the arts, especially music and theater, and have played several instruments as well as minored in voice performance in college. I love children and teach Kindergarten, but have also taught 1st grade, and 5th grade Reading/Language Arts and Social Studies. I can be a girly girl and get all dressed up for a night on the town, or hang out in jeans and a t-shirt with my hair in a ponytail. I love to travel and see new places, people and cultures. However, I am very content to be at home with a good book, and a cup of hot cocoa snuggled in a blanket. I love roller coasters and my kids and I have season passes to Six Flags. I recently have taken up running and never thought I would enjoy it as much as I am. I am fiercely loyal to my loved ones and believe relationships are not 50/50, but 100/100.

The future man in my life will be strong in the gospel. He will be one who believes holding the priesthood is an honor and a privilege and desires to live worthy of possessing it so that he is able to bless his family with it's power when needed. He will know how to laugh, and to have fun, yet know when to be serious. He will be financially responsible and believe that we are a team together, standing side by side. He will love his children, if he has them, and will love mine as if they were his own, as I will his.

I am not looking for perfection, as I am nowhere near there myself. But I am looking for someone who wants to walk the path toward it together. We will be able to laugh together, cry together, pray together, work together, BE together.
