I am a small town country boy who grew up in the farming community of Aberdeen Idaho. My dad is actually a farmer and I have no desire to farm for the rest of my life, I am going to college to earn a degree in music. I love music, it has been the biggest part of my life next to farming. I play a few instruments: the clarinet, the alto sax, the piano and the organ, but my main instrument is voice. I love to sing. I have sang with the collegiate singers at BYU-I two semester now as well as the Men's Choir. I love going to school at BYU-I it's such a great environment to be taught by the spirit and I have learned so many things about life and about myself it's wonderful. I have always enjoyed activity in the church and have had many different callings and have been grateful for each one of them (even if I wasn't incredibly excited about them at first :~). I am pretty easy going, I get along with just about anyone, I'm not incredibly social with new situations but am fairly talkative once I get out of my shell. I don't enjoy the public scene as much as I really enjoy staying at home, playing games or watching a good movie. Every now and then I do like to get out of the house and do something fun, going on a drive has always been very enjoyable and relaxing to me (perhaps that's because I grew up in a small town where if you have to wait for a few cars before you pull out on main street we call that traffic lol).
