Hi there,

I've spent the last three years in NYC working on my PhD in education at Teachers College, Columbia University. It was an amazing, challenging, exhilarating experience. After taking the comprehensive exam, I moved west to help take care of my parents, who are getting pretty frail. I'm working on my dissertation from here, and the folks at Columbia have been very understanding about my priorities.

I love the gospel and my family. The Church has always been at the center of my life. I loved serving a mission.

I've always enjoyed sports and the outdoors. The scenery here is spectacular, so I take advantage of every opportunity to hike and bike in this area.

Music is another of my loves. I'm a good pianist/accompanist, and I like to sing. One of the great perks of living in NYC was being so close to the Theatre District and all those fabulous Broadway shows. I miss that!

I'm looking for the man who's looking for me. He enjoys life, shares my commitment to the gospel, cracks me up, and thinks pie is the ultimate dessert. Three out of four?
