Tall, furry, and bad teeth.
Great way to describe a llama, don't you think?
Though I am tall, the greatest quantities of hair are restricted to my head, and my would-be orthodontist assured me that with the state of my teeth I was quite marriageable.
I know that I could just leave my introduction at that, but would like to expound...just in case.
I like traveling and exploring (whether by plane, boat, car or train) but appreciate the comfort of people and places already known. I've lived abroad and would like to do so again, but am enjoying living in the great U.S. of A for the present.
I'm a reader and think that literacy is very important. It doesn't matter what you read, or how often...just that you can and do (and if you're reading this, congratulations, you pass). Literacy is the door to new worlds, as well as understanding and sharing ideas about the world that we live in now.
I like exercising, but prefer things like Krav Maga or rock climbing. I'm not a fan of running, but can do it reasonably well if being chased by a _______(insert hungry/upset carnivore of choice).
I like learning and discovering new skills, but also enjoy being able to employ the skills that I do have.
I majored in International Business from BYU-Hawaii (no, I don't surf, I prefer body boarding), and received my Masters in Business Administration from Southern Utah University. I have a desk job so try to get out and explore in the evenings and weekends.
I am so grateful for the Saviors sacrifice, love and example. It's amazing to me how much gospel information we have at our fingertips and I think it's exciting to learn about it and apply it to my life. No one is perfect, but I'm grateful that we have the opportunity in this life to learn and grow and help each other.
So...anyone up for a movie or some rock climbing?
Ps - Bow ties are cool.
