Hey- I'm Gretchen! In the spirit of true confessions, I'm a total online dating rookie. That said, I realize that this life is short and I'm willing to embrace technology for the possibility of meeting someone extra groovy. I have a bit of sass, a heart of gold, and I love to laugh more than just about anything. I love trying new things, whether it be a restaurant, a band, a place to go, a person to talk to, or a muddy obstacle course race laced with potential hazards. I've got health insurance, so why not? I truly believe that some aspects of life don't begin until we are willing to step beyond the boundaries of our comfort zone. I began a steady fitness journey a few years ago, and though it may appear that my inner athlete is still encased in bubble wrap, I'm poppin' another bubble every day! I'm grateful for a solid career and financial independence. I love to travel. My current dream trip would be a 6-week cross country drive in a weathered Jeep with a German Shepherd and maybe you! I love live music of all kinds, with a special affinity for 70's and 80's rock - and I like it loud. There's a dedicated corner of my heart for the elderly, the lonely, and those that may feel invisible, forgotten or under-appreciated.
