I was born and raised in Georgia and have always lived in Georgia. I have ventured "off the farm" a few times, however, traveling as far away as Utah, the Caribbean, Canada, Mexico, and Great Britain. I hope to see more of this wonderful place we call earth, but I won't travel alone.

I have a strong testimony of the gospel. I am thankful for my trials, as that is how I have come closer to my Savior. I can better relate to others due to what I've learned from my own adversity.

I am a content and positive person. I am quick to smile. I have been blessed with talents and opportunities that enable me to help others in ways that bring me much joy.

I have two daughters, ages 24 and 19, the older one attending college in NY and the younger one attending BYU-Provo. Having been married to a non-member for 23 years, I've never had the priesthood in my home (other than faithful home teachers). I look forward to having the priesthood in my home one day.

I am practical and down to earth. I am peaceful and even-tempered. Others describe me as pleasant to be with, trusting, and compassionate. I enjoy attending the temple, and that is something I look forward to doing with my future companion.

I enjoy walks for sharing the day's events, dreams, and ideas, especially on the beach, under a starlit sky, or through the park. I enjoy dinner out and a good movie but also enjoy doing things around the house and preparing a home cooked meal for really getting to know someone well.

I hope to meet a man who is seeking an eternal companion. This man would be seeking someone to cherish and be cherished by. He would be trustworthy and faithful. He would be affectionate and kind. He would not be without flaws but secure enough to just be himself, and honest in all his communications.
