Greeting from familyoriented:

I'm a convert to the church. Was married and sealed in the Arizona Temple 1976. I am recently retired (June 2011) after working for the Government for 31 years. I am starting a service mission in March, 2012. Ive been a widow for 13 years and have not dated in the past 8 years. Tried dating sites but sad to say there are no LDS members. I am definitely looking for a permanent partner and possibly another eternal companion. My wife and I raised 5 children in the church. We lost our oldest daughter when she was 17. All of my children are active in the church except for my youngest son (prayerfully and patiently waiting for his return). I have 17 grand children and another on the way. I am not interested in any woman who is not an LDS member. This is the true church and my companion to be must feel the same way. I am very fortunate because my age doesn't show. I look about 50 and am still very active. I enjoy outdoor activities: swimming, camping, hiking, bike riding , boating, fishing, etc. I am easy going love to laugh and I am stress free! Love going to church and attending my meetings. I try always to spend quality time with my family. Daughter lives one block away (5 children). My two oldest boys live in Utah (8 children between them) My youngest son lives in Oregon (4 + one on the way). Geographically it's challenging but there is always a way. Thanks for reading my profile.

The type of food I like the most is Mexican
I mostly watch/listen to conference at home on TV

My favorite scripture is
From Russell M. Nelson "Some people on life's journey forget who they really are and what is really important. Without sure identity and priority, blessings that matter most are at the mercy of things that matter least".
