i smile a lot. i laugh a lot. i love being social. and also dearly value my alone time.

i believe in being patient and strive to be a loving and safe place for people. i don't love trying to look or be "perfect" - i don't think that is what the gospel is about. i believe in being respectful and honoring God.

i like to be outside, to explore different places, i enjoy swimming and camping and hiking. for me, it's about the balance of time with good friends in the great outdoors and the quiet peace of nature.

i moved into my own place recently and discovered that i am pretty good at decorating, organizing, and creating a place where people want to be. i love entertaining others and planning dinners for my family and friends. i'm a good cook and yes, have all those fancy domestic skills. but there is this whole other side of me-- i want to take a beginning motorcycle course this spring. i to explore new places and will impulsively take off and find a new spot. i enjoy random conversations with random people. and can't live without deep, real conversations.

i also have some hidden talents. at the requests of some friends, i will share two: i am known for giving some good massages--apparently i have magic hands; and two, become my true self at lake powell. :)
