Greeting from ele1357:

Here's a list of random, yet essential, information about myself and what I'm looking for in a man:

- I love huge, thick socks.

- Belle is my favorite Disney princess (ok...mostly I just want a huge library with a ladder to the top shelves)

- I'm a car person

- I'm a cat person

- I go to bed early and get up early for the gym (college all-nighters are way behind me)

- I make great protein smoothies

- Video games are a huge turn off.

- I can't cook. It's bad. I'm still trying to figure out how I end up burning potatoes in the microwave--there's a potato button for crying out load

- I prefer guys to be either my age or up to ten years older (we just match up better with wanting the same things and being able to relate better)

- I find smart guys to be the hottest. Smart, ambitious, reliable guys who have goals and want someone to support them in achieving them.

- I run 10ks with my friends, and I'd like to have a spouse who will run with me (and then go home for a Netflix marathon afterwards while we wait for the pizza to show up).

- I like to lift and do Crossfit

- I love craigslist.

- I prefer to unwind with a quiet night in rather than a huge, loud, crowded night out. That can be fun sometimes, but it's not my usual de-stress method after long week. Books, a movie, and yoga pants are just what the doctor ordered after a 50+ hour week. That and a long riverside run the next morning.

- My vision for married life is that of professionals who care for each other enough to want to be together and share their lives as they move forward and support each other in their careers. I know it's not the typical LDS female outlook on life, but I have to be honest with what I'm looking for--a supportive spouse who doesn't feel threatened by a successful wife.

- I think people should marry their best friends, and that being together is supposed to be fun. Forever is a long time, folks. I want to be holding hands and laughing after 50 years of marriage.
