Okay, super fast background. I grew up in Utah, but have been living in Boise for the last 8 years. (My family is still in Utah, so I am back and forth quite often.) I graduated from BYU with a degree in English Teaching. I taught at-risk youth at the high school level, but am currently a stay-at-home mom of three super fun kids. I went on a mission to Spokane, Washington and have had a deep love of the scriptures and learning the gospel ever since. I enjoy travelling and seeing new places. If I could live anywhere in the world, it would probably be London (I've already been twice and am on the "once every ten years plan"), but I recently did some humanitarian work in the Dominican Republic, and would love to go back there as well. This year on the docket is a trip to Thailand! I'm a caring person who likes to see the best in people and encourage them to reach their potential.
Ultimately, I am looking for a deep connection with someone. Someone who stimulates me to be the best possible version of myself. And vice versa. I am attracted to a man who is motivated and has high energy. I admire guys who have an adventurous spirit and interests that keep them driven and motivated in life (I'm not talking "virtual" adventures, by the way). I am attracted to someone who is physically fit and who makes health and fitness a priority in his life, because it's a priority in mine. I am a lot of fun, have a positive outlook on life, and LOVE a guy that can make me laugh. I promise I will make you laugh too! I am a passionate person who loves learning, growing, and new experiences. I appreciate deep conversations and you will find yourself thinking seriously about my observations on life. Perhaps most importantly, I have a solid love of the gospel and the Lord based on my own choices and experiences, and am looking for someone who feels the same.
A few quick specifics about me: I like my bananas slightly on the green side, my sport of choice is volleyball and I try to play it several times a week, I absolutely love working with youth both inside and outside the church, I make an AMAZING homemade granola, my kids think I'm crazy when I bust out dancing in the kitchen, I love being outdoors and have a deep connection to nature (Arches and Yellowstone are two of my favorite places on earth), I'm a super open person and above all other qualities I probably admire honesty the most.
Thanks for taking the time to read! Hope to hear from you!
