Hi. I am optimistic, love life meeting new people, and treasure old friendships. I like to travel. My husband was in the Navy for 22 yeaars so we saw a lot of the world wherever he was stationed. I love to camp both in modern motor home and rustic camping in a tent. I climbed to the top of Long's Peak (one of Colorado's 14,000 footers) when I was 12 years old and I have continued to love hiking ever since. I am retired and have found that I do it really well. I LOVE to cook and bake. I enjoy reading, both novels and the scriptures. I like all kinds of music but I especially like the old time country music (not the new rock). I am an Elvis fan and have most of his recordings. I even enjoy his movies. I would like to meet someone who enjoys the same things I do but I am willing to compromise with the idea of learning and doing new things I have a current temple recommend and attend meetings regularly .
