I currently live in South Dakota. I grew up in Minnesota and have family and friends there and like to visit whenever I can. I don't mind roadtrips and I have driven lots of miles on my own or with just my kids.

I'm an optimist, I believe in the power of thinking positive and having a positive attitude. I like having fun and doing things such as movies, shopping, theatre, sporting events, comedy and trying new things. I sew quilts and am crafty and creative. I value truth and honesty highly and I sometimes tend to be an open book. I'm nice and think the world would be a better place if people could just be nice. But I have a tendency to be an aggressive driver. I like animals, the outdoors and camping. I like the rain.

I was raised in the church and have a strong testimony and a strong belief in the church. I am not a perfect Mormon member, I currently don't hold a temple recommend, and I just want to be honest about that right from the beginning. But it is something that is important to me and I want to get back to the temple. I attend church almost every Sunday and mostly only miss for sickness or sick kids.
