I am a dancer through and through. Which means I am determined to do my best in everything I do, because I feel that everyone/thing deserves my best.
I also love teaching! I graduated with my degree in Dance Education from BYU. I taught dance classes at the Y my last four years there, taught youth after school programs and did my student teaching in a local high school. I love each one of my students because I love seeing them accomplish the challenges they are presented with, even when they don't necessarily pertain to my class.
Today I teach Ballroom at a local dance studio in Columbus Ohio and I compete professionally all over the US.
I have a deep love for my family and truly want one of my own. Not meaning that as soon as I am married I will start trying to have kids but eventually.
I also have a deep love for my savior and for the gospel. I know I am not perfect but I try my best everyday to be a better me.
I spent the last four years of college on the Ballroom Dance Team which enabled me to further spread my love of dance and the gospel to people in China, the Western and North Eastern United States, England, Scotland, Thailand, and Vietnam. So, whether with my family or a team of 45, I really love to travel as well. The team is something I miss about my time at BYU.
I am a hopeless romantic and love corny little things. One of my favorite things to do though is cuddle up with someone I care about and watching a movie. It doesn't matter what the movie is either. I like chick flicks but am always up for good comedies and actions.
I love music too, and I really do mean mostly all types (i can do without real heavy metal and some kinds of rap). Just be forewarned I could bust a move at anytime... In the living room, Down the grocery isle, outside of Sunday school, etc.
I am gosh awful at sports (I really can't catch... footballs, frisbees, the car keys) but I make a great cheerleader and love supporting intramural and city leagues.
I like to read young adult fiction, sci fi and fantasy novels. There Is just a pleasure in letting the mind create whats on the page.
And that's all I can think of. I guess you will have to ask if you want to know me more.
