I love the gospel of Jesus Christ. It drives everything in my life. I'm excited to get to know someone who wants to take on the challenges of life together with the gospel as our primary guiding light.
I work as an auditor for PwC. On the side I have been taking photos for friends' events (engagements, weddings, family photos, etc.) I play the piano, love singing, learning how to play the guitar. I've still kept up on my Spanish, and would love to learn another language. Currently attending the singles branch. I love going and serving the other singles.
During the week you'll probably catch me editing photos from a previous shoot, reading in my scriptures, NOT cleaning up my bedroom, heading off to the temple, testing out my lens and some lighting in my apartment if there's no daylight, eating a bowl of cereal for dinner, on my way to Institute on Tuesday nights, hanging out with my parents, talking on the phone with my brother, FHE with the singles, kneeling down in prayer, working after I get home from work, taking a nap, trying to compose a song on the guitar, writing in my journal about something impactful that just happened to me, running back to my apartment because I forgot the lunch I just packed for myself, running back again to the apartment because I forgot my badge for work, browsing Facebook, looking at other photographer's sites to get ideas, planning a lesson for Elders Quorum, planning an activity for the branch, singing along with my BYU Choir archive CDs, washing my dishes by hand, looking in my cabinets full of stuff and saying to myself there's nothing to eat because I'm too lazy to cook, ha, staring off into nothingness with tears rolling down my cheeks as I reflect on the love that the Lord has for me despite what I do and don't do, despite what I should and shouldn't do--I am amazed...
I hope that gives you an idea of what's important to me. I find that it's not so much what I think or say, but what I do that really defines who I am and what I value. I'm trying to do more than doing thank thinking and saying.
Cheers!
