Country girl, spontaneous and curious. Affectionate and I like the same. I like cooking and eating outdoors. I ride my horse to decompress and ride as much as I can. I like the solitude of the outdoors and feel closer to our Father. My hobby is painting in acrylics and pastels and pencil drawings. I'd like to travel some more and see all the movies I have missed out on. I would like to meet someone who loves horses and not just the sport. I love animals and kids. I like the wilderness and the adventure out there. Most comfortable in a ranch or farm atmosphere. I like festivals, I like to have family and missionaries over for dinner.
My two grown kids and I are the only members so we don't have much to do with my extended family. I've been single most of my life, not by choice, but because of the wrong choices I made. I hope to not be single when I turn 56. The house has been empty for 6 years now, and I find myself wanting someone to share my life with.
I am a little gun-shy about "dating" or even meeting someone, but I think that will subside when I meet Mr. Right. Send regular flirts if you think like me and think we might be a match, then I'll join LDSS. I don't see a need to pay unless I know there might be a real interest. Kinda frugal, don't like to waste much.
As you can tell, I am short and to the point, a straight shooter, and I appreciate the same. If you beat around the bush, I will completely miss what you are trying to tell me. It is important for two people to understand each other.
Baking is another hobby of mine, I like to bake breads and goodies to give away. I enjoy foods with extreme flavor and different textures. I guess Chinese and most eastern cuisine are my favs, but I also like Cajun, (I am french-cajun), and sushi.
Currently I am enrolled full time at Lone Star College and will be studying Occupational Therapy. My 2 grown children live far away. My daughter was married in the Spokane temple in Nov. so I'm thinking Ill be moving closer after I graduate in a couple of years.
Convert of 15 years. The gospel turned my life around. A little rough around the edges, but I love the gospel and wouldn't turn back.
