Hey there, I'm Roberta. All around geek queen and rad-sauce. I love movies, music, theatre, dance and computers. I'm into science and world history (the older the better) and I love to go out and have fun or relax at home with some games and movies.

So I decided I'd toss a funny story into this to sort of break up the monotony of typical and generic greetings. Once I was trying to do a 30 second book pitch video to Will Smith as part of a project during post-NaNoWriMo(a 'competition' to write a 50,000 word novel in 30 days, takes place in November and I participate every year.), I decided to use the beach as a back drop being as I was there that time of year. So there I was, wrapped in a coat on the beach trying to record a book pitch when I tripped over an abandoned sand castle moat and face planted in the sun. I took that as a divine sign that the beach was not a perfect back drop for that pitch, not that it was a serious pitch. Just a 'try this for fun' sort of thing.

So there's a little something about myself, I write every year and wear a power hat to help me write.

I've heard of people having success on this site and I would like to try to find an eternal companion so that I can share the rest of time with them.
