I am not the typical LDS chick. Growing up in the Pacific NW I am a somewhat liberal. I rarely wear or need makeup. I like trendy classic style but won't turn down a day in a comfortable pair of jeans/shorts and a "T". I don't wear pink yet I know how to wear a dress. I love the smell of dirt but also love to dance. I enjoy all types of music, from Audio Slave to Tchaikovsky. One of my favorite things is to listen to live music. I love to run, play in all forms of water, climb/ hike, play & referee paintball. I know the difference between a distributor cap, alternator and the universal joint. I enjoy and admire the beauty & engineering of a H2 but concede they are more statement than practical function. Growing up in a house full of engineers turned me into a techie; thus, I can appreciate a jacked up computer and a machine shop. If there wasn't so much I wanted to see and do in the world I would build my dark room, perch myself up on a mountain in the Columbia River Gorge, play with my time lapse photography, read and draw while I wait for the perfect shot. But right now, I am remodeling my house not because I am cheap (...which I am) but because I know how. In short, I use both sides of my brain (medicine, technology & art/design).
Who I'd Like to Meet? Like I said..."Be real, be honest, be able to keep up". Most of all don't bore me. I tend to befriend proactive people. People who encourage me to be a better person. I don't ask for perfection. I am an optimistic realist, everyone has had their opportunities to grow. If you are some one who can communicate, (and those of you interested...) & actually entertain the idea of commitment, drop me a line. BTW, you must be a guy that likes to play outside in all seasons or at least be willing to learn how to get dirty. I don't really follow any traditional sport outside of baseball. I am more of a XGames, Extreme fan. If you are someone who leads a pro-active life (spiritual, mental, physical, etc.)give me a halla! ;-)
(NOTE: By the way...If you are too old (+/-5 yrs) to play in the kiddy pool....just don't!)
