I'm a 5th gr. teacher and love to share what I've learned with young people. I'm creative, am passionate about education, learning, nature, family, my sons. I have a good sense of humor and love to have fun. I enjoy spending time with my two adult sons, making memories. I'm interested in brain research because of my experiences with special needs children, American history, particularly colonial America, poetry, the environment. I'm also interested in fitness and healthy eating and living a long life. There are no grandchildren in my life yet, but I'll be a great grandma! My hobbies are art and writing. Although I don't have many opportunities to ski much, I've enjoyed both snow and water skiing, swimming, hiking, camping, and visiting new places, away from the city. I'm looking forward to retirement when I will have time to travel and cultivate my interests.
