Hey, i'm Bethany!

I'm the kind of girl who calls a man handsome when I really find him attractive. The kind of girl who loves classic movies, and British Comedies. I like Firefly, and Lord of the Rings. But I also watch things like Criminal Minds.

I like hiking and would LOVE to learn how to ride a horse. I'm pretty darn country, and someday I really want to raise goats. Honestly, i'm not afraid to get my hands dirty when necessary. Gardening is fun for me, as is welding, and I also like working on small engines. I worked as a landscaper for two years to save up for college.

I'm an active member of the church. I attend the temple weekly when i'm at school (BYUI) and monthly while at home. I am currently working on putting in mission papers, and i'm hoping that if I found the right guy, he'd wait for me to finish that step in my life. I will, however, follow whichever path the Lord wants for me, regardless of the cost to myself. If that means a guy comes into my life and I have to put a mission on hold for 2 or 3 decades, I will.

My biggest weakness physically? Dimples. When a guy smiles, and he has dimples, I absolutely melt! But my biggest weakness emotionally? When a guy can make me feel beautiful. Not flattery. Just sincere, honest compliments. And a good vocabulary is a HUGE plus for me. I love reading, and I love being able to talk about books with someone i'm dating.

My favorite sports to play are volleyball, archery, and fencing. I like watching basketball, soccer, and hockey. I'm pretty laid back, though, and will watch any sport so long as there are snacks and you're willing to explain what's going on ;)
