I'm a fourth generation Alaskan, who of course loves living in this beautiful state. Looking for someone to share my life who loves Alaska as much as I do. I have just recently made a career change and am working as an Bookkeeper/Member Services here in beautiful Soldotna Alaska and teach QuickBooks . I am a bit of a loner who really wants to change, shy at times but quick to laugh. I'm committed to staying in Alaska at least until my daughter graduates from high school. Then maybe I'll look for a change. I have 3 children, a daughter, 30, who lives in Minnesota with her husband and 2 boys ages 4 & 5; a son, 21, who is in the Air National Guard, lives in Chickaloon; and a daughter, 18, who just graduated and is spreading her wings. I've been a member since July 2004 after a 20 plus years investigating the Church. My current calling is Family History Consultant, but have served as a Webelos Leader and Ward Librian. I am still gaining my testamony, but know that the church is true, the Book of Morman is a true work of our Heavenly Father, and that Joseph Smith is a true prophet as is President Hinkley.

I love all types of pets: currently have a 4 year old black cat named Antonio, a 3 year old black cat named Pepper, a snake named digger and am taking care of my daughters 2 cats, hamster and dog until they find a place that will take them

I like country music, but will listen to most anything. I enjoy reading, sewing, cross stitch, scrap booking, am learning to knit, crochet, gardening, and fly tying. In love to go fishing here on the Kenai River when I have a chance-bank fishing only as I have no boat. Been busy planting and make baby items for a co-worker who is adopting and for my daughter who is due in October with my first granddaughter.

I am looking for a longterm relationship that will lead to an eternal marriage, but am not looking to rush into anything real fast, I believe that time is a necessity in getting to know one another.
