I can't stand games sometimes, but it's a good way to break the ice, and a lot better than that "How much does a penguin weigh?" joke. :P
Two Truths and a Lie.
1. I have shook the President's hand.
2. My finger bends so far that it touches the back of my hand.
3. Thomas S. Monson and I have the same birthday.
Okay, so if you would like to play you have to message me with which one you think is a lie, and then say 2 truths and a lie about yourself.
Not very good as describing myself, so I had a friend do it for me instead. :P She said: "You're intelligent, and a logical thinker. You're up for adventure, but don't mind staying home. No matter what you do (staying in or going out), you make it an enjoyable time, with your humor and easy goingness (that's not a word). You bring laughter into the room (with you. not at you). You're easy to talk to and a good listener. You are very supportive and encouraging. You have big dreams, and passion to get there. You're calm, cool and collected in times of stress. You're sure to be any girl's rock, and always keep her smiling."
Not going to lie, I kinda wish I could skip the dating part and just go straight to marriage. Looking for someone that I can be myself around and someone who doesn't mind being themselves.
I won't even begin to pretend I am perfect. I have too many flaws to count. My church activity has been up and down lately. If you're looking for the perfect Mormon boy, "Peter Priesthood" you may want to just just keeping searching on here, and I genuinely wish you good luck. I have learned that there really isn't such a thing as perfect. We all have our struggles and our weaknesses. I hope for a woman that can see mine, but not define me by them. I hope that she can see the man I truly am, and not the natural man I am constantly trying to overcome. Despite my hardships, and the experiences I have had, I still beyond a shadow of a doubt believe in a Father in heaven that loves me dearly. I believe in his son, and his mission as the Savior. I know, first hand, that the Atonement can change and redeem us. I believe in the restoration through the Prophet Joseph Smith. I know the Book of Mormon is a testimony of Christ and is evidence of His latter day work. I love the Lord, and seek his approval and love. If you are looking for a man that is imperfect, fully aware of his weakness, but continually strives to be better, then maybe we should talk. ;)
Don't be afraid to message me and maybe we can meet up.
P.S. If you don't know the "How much does a penguin weigh?" joke, you simply go up to someone you have never met, ask that, and when they say, "I don't know." you say, "Just enough to break the ice." Then you introduce yourself. If you didn't know that move before, now you do. Go ahead and use it, you'll get a laugh or two. ;)
