*Disclaimer: I'm freshly out of a relationship, and not feeling ready to date quite yet; but the guy I dated was one I met, of all places, here, and I'm hopeful to generate more friendships through this network. I will direct your attention to my last paragraph and emphasize one point: The Gospel is the center of my heart and life. If discipleship doesn't interest you, I thank you for your time, but I wish you all the best with another girl. My testimony is very real to me, and I cannot be happy living a life beneath what I know. This Gospel is so true! Keep pushing to know it, and prepare to have your life changed.*
Hi there. :)
I am a Utah transplant, hailing mainly from Indiana. I'm in my last year of my Graphic Design degree - which I love - and have already landed my dream job - which I love even more. I somehow managed to sneak onboard an amazing company at ground level, and cannot wait to see where this opportunity takes me.
That being said, the Gospel is my number one priority. It's my ultimate happiness, and I'm looking for someone with the same attitude and goals. If you're not having fun, you're not living the Gospel right!
When I have free time, I love swing dancing, volleyball, card games, movies, plays, piano, roller coasters, and about a million other things. If I don't have an interest in something, it's probably because I haven't tried it yet. :) However, free time is hard to come by while working through school, so my introverted self has become quite the home body.
Some guys have told me I'm intimidating, but I say these last few years have taught me what I really want, and I know how to stick to my guns now. (According to the ultimate source of all wisdom - the internet - I'm an ISFJ personality, a.k.a. "The Defender." I'll let you decide what that makes me, haha.) So, what AM I looking for? #1 - An active, temple-worthy Priesthood holder. As for the rest, everything else tends to fall into place when #1 is in order.
My favorite people are honest, and my favorite of favorites are the ones who make me laugh. I believe in being fiercely loyal. I believe cuddling is special, and should be reserved for a special someone. I believe "every saint has a past and every sinner has a future." I'm more concerned about the direction in which you're going than the one from which you're coming. I believe 1 whole person + 1 whole person = 1 whole relationship. The happier, healthier you are as an individual, the more you have to contribute to a partnership. And I refuse to have just a temple wedding — because I want a temple marriage. There's a big difference.
I adore my family, and I am that girl who will accost you with pictures of my nieces and nephews. I'm looking forward to having a family of my own, at the right time, with the right person.
The keys to my heart are food, dogs, dancing, and the Gospel. If you're not a kind person, we won't get along. Speak C.S. Lewis to me and I'm yours.
