First things first, I'm a lifelong member who's not really sure this is the "only true church." I have questions and uncertainties about some of the doctrines and teachings, but I do try to acknowledge the good in the Church and focus upon that. I consider myself a New Order Mormon (Google it if you like), so if you're looking for a future stake president or someone who thinks that Mitt Romney can save America, you should probably just move on now.
If anyone's still here, I'm recently divorced and have sole custody of my six year-old daughter. I work for a non-profit agency that assists people with disabilities, but my BA is actually in English. I'm a writer (poems and the occasional short story) who manages to get published on a semi-regular basis. I enjoy movies, reading, hiking, and jogging.
I'm not consciously seeking out the love of my life at the moment, but I'd like to meet a nice woman to spend some time with. Where ever it goes is where it goes; I really don't want to force anything. Mormonism is always going to a part of who I am and I'm curious if there's anyone in the Church who I'd be compatible with.
Thanks for reading this...
