Hello! :) I was told that I needed to be less vague in my profile so here you go:
A little about me: I am someone that loves music and singing and am blessed enough to even get paid to do it every now and then. I also love baking and being creative be it making gingerbread houses or decorating wedding cakes or just baking some cinnamon rolls or cookies to make the house smell great and bring treats to friends and neighbors. I love my kids (who doesn't?) and spending time with them whether playing at the pool, going to a movie, playing card/board games at home or just going on a hike or camp out or hanging out at home. I absolutely love the outdoors and can't get enough of hiking and camping and rafting and really just anything outside. I grew up mostly in Moab and absolutely loved being able to indulge in such activities all of the time. In case you couldn't tell, I tend to enjoy a more active lifestyle. If you are primarily sedentary we may not be the best match. I also enjoy learning and love languages and learning about other people and traveling.
What I'm looking for in someone: It doesn't matter to me so much what you do for a living but rather that you have good work ethic and can take pride and enjoyment in what you do. It doesn't matter to me if you have a lot of money but rather that you spend your money well. It doesn't matter to me if your looks are above average per societal norms but that you respect yourself enough to keep yourself healthy and admittedly there needs to be some physical attraction there. I'm a physical touch kind of person so that's a necessity for me. It doesn't matter to me that you have made mistakes or have had trials but that you have an eye to becoming better and learning and growing. I am a happy person and tend to gravitate to likewise happy people. If you can dance, that's a plus. :)
I'll leave you with one quote that I love:
“Don’t be gloomy. Do not dwell on unkind things. Stop seeking out the storms and enjoy more fully the sunlight. Even if you are not happy, put a smile on your face. ‘Accentuate the positive.’ Look a little deeper for the good. Go forward in life with a twinkle in your eye and a smile on your face, with great and strong purpose in your heart. Love life.” –Gordon B. Hinckley
