Those who truly know me would say I'm a kind and generous...a true friend. I've been called a quiet observer by some but don't let that fool you into thinking I don't love to be spontaneous and have fun. I can be a bit shy at times so only those closest to me get to know my "wilder" more playful side.

My current favorite things to do include running (I'm training for my 5th marathon-this one in the beautiful finger lakes of New York), reading books, daydreaming/planning trips and spending time with my kids. Yes, I do use my marathons as an excuse to travel...I'm hoping to make my "big one" next year somewhere in Europe; I haven't decided yet. I just returned from a trip by myself to Germany where I had a fabulous time driving wherever my whims took me. I also had the chance to see my favorite band (The Cruxshadows) in concert-awesome!

For all my love of travel, I'm also very much a home/family oriented person. My siblings and their spouses are some of my best friends. My 4 boys mean the world to me...Yes I did say 4 Boys. No I'm not crazy; yet.

My little guys are also the reason my friends tell me that anyone who dates me must be free spirited and have an incredible sense of humor...I'm not sure if that's a compliment :)
