**Moving to OREM, Ut in June--family. Now Bentonville AR* Laughing with you, ready for adventure, committed to goodness, not high maintenance. NEVER will your gallantry or priesthood be taken for granted.
You need to know that I will laugh in the right places, tease you, like whatever sport you do or watch, machine you buy, animal or fish you want to catch.... as long as you put it away, it is clean & paid for and I get to take pictures. ;-) I am sure that I have several quirks that will interest and please you. Teaching Nursing students at the University has been very satisfying this past year.
Friendly, passionate, intellectual and committed. I love exploring for adventure, exercising,
Stretching my comfort zone, I learned how to Swim, Bike and Run, been doing Triathlons for 9 years. Have done a few half marathons, mostly 5ks. Cycle is my favorite. Road and now mtn. biking. There are a lot of groomed trail here. It gets me out of bed in the morning. The curves stay. I can endure, and smile and laugh while doing it.
Originally from Utah, I have moved several times & lived all over the US. I "bloom where I am planted" so it is stimulating for me to see new areas, make new friends, and eat any kind of food. (except liver)I am not afraid of driving, or getting lost, especially in good company.
Isn't technology amazing!! I really like these gadgets we have that allow us to connect over hundreds of miles in a matter of seconds, see a smile and laugh together.
THANK YOU for being a strong valiant man who keeps going when life is complicated, hard or sad! I have a deep appreciation for masculinity in general, and especially a focused, fun man with a spiritual element.
Learning and teaching are my current goals: my kids, Cancer awareness, etc. As you might have noticed from the profile, I like science and history quite a bit. I even listen to N.P.R.! I can yell and cheer at all sporting events, watch Shakespeare or other plays, and enjoy an occasional art gallery. Any Farmer's Market is on my "Like list". I speak German poorly, and am on a constant quest to learn Spanish. por su puesto
Of course, the baggage: I am divorced because my husband decided that he did not want to belong to the church anymore. He made it clear in many ways for many years. I found out that I was committed to following Christ and read 3 Nephi 18 with new eyes. Four wonderful children are being affected by these choices too.
[No cheating, porn, psych meds or church bashing FROM me or for me.]
I really love being Feminine and yet not afraid to use Tide or carry a backpack, shovel or a tent. I am a nurse so my nails are short, hair usually longish. I like to play basketball & tennis but frankly, need much practice to be good.
I am looking forward to hearing your stories.
