I'm originally from Arizona but I moved up here to go to school at BYU and haven't left yet. My little brother recently described me as a mountain proud, indomitable, and comforting in its ability to weather any storm but don't try to climb the wrong side because I will crush you in an avalanche. I think that last part comes from me sitting on him when he tried to punch me as a kid.
I'm a nerd and sometimes it surprises me just how much of a nerd I really am. I would say the nerdiest thing I've done in the last few years is attend Phoenix Comi-Con in 2011 but my friends strongly disagree as they watch me take apart x-box's, ipods, or wreak havoc on their self esteem through video game dominance, introduce them to new and ever greater heights of Sci-Fi addiction or just straight up blow their mind with a whole slew of other Skills.
That being said I believe that there are things you shouldn't let rule you and Video Games are one of them. I play them, I love them, I live them but they are not the dominant force of my world and I make it a habit of stopping myself when they start taking too much of my time.
I'm also an avid reader and while I did slack off for a few years I'm starting to get back into the swing of things and am always looking for a new book or series to dive into.
